CAThere was no breakfast.
I am still unsure how they charge you an extra cleaning fee for for a service dog. Even when checking with the main lodge, everyone agrees that is not aligned with policy. I was disappointed.

It was hot when we were there and no AC, which to be fair is not usual but much needed to sleep!!

ISUSApartment was clean and nice.
No change of towel or trash service for the entire week. No response to owner on any inquiries sent. Just a no reply email to any messages he sent us. No washer /dryer as advertised in the unit. It said in apartment only to find none which was a main must for us with wet gloves from kids. There was one on the lower floor but it said in apartment features. Had to walk up a big hill to get to shuttle to go anywhere. Ski in ski out wasn’t very convenient had to walk up or down a hill to get to slopes. Wouldn’t recommend for someone who needs easier access. Given the hill and no service at all in unit wouldn’t pay this price again for this. Communal Hot tub outdoors was good but again a hike up a hill to get to. Will go back to the Madeline where it’s true ski in ski out. Washer/dryers in the apartment and location is better with pool table for kids to play on, hot tub and ice skating rink right there. Also shuttle and gondola ride to get to ski school. So not ideal if you have kids you want to drop off there. Was just a hassle for the price. If price had been better then maybe I’d do it again but probably not.
USIt was a delightful place to stay, particularly during the autumn season. Although our stay was brief, lasting only one night, the beauty of the surroundings was truly captivating. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again for a longer duration in the future.

Would have been nice to have 3 robes when 3 people book but there were only 2.
