Ocean 1 Suite 3 Ocean Block

The location was great. The apartment size and layout was great.

Parking was not good, few parking spaces and kind of difficult to maneuver.

I loved how big the apartment was. Very spacious and right in the beach essentially

I didn’t like that there was carpet. It was very dirty. Kids couldn’t walk barefoot their feet would turn black. Maybe rip up carpets and out tile throughout? There is tile in kitchen area and one bedroom and bathrooms. The jacuzzi tub had moldy black buildup around the jets. Maybe get a jacuzzi cleaner to properly clean it out? And it also neeeded extra linens and towels in the apartment. No linens for the sleeper couches and also the bed sheets were so thin and didn’t get the king sized bed so it was very cold. Luckily I brought my own will blanket and also they neeed to put like protective mattress covers underneath the sheets.

Very spacious and great location! Response time for maintenance when our smoke detector batteries died and it kept beeping was fast and the beeping was resolved. Great place for families as everyone had their own space. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies. Convient location and short walk to the beach with both ocean and bay views.

PARKING! The parking area was very tight for a mid sized vehicle any vehicle really and the overflow lot was a block away. The hotel staff and emails times were different so it was confusing. All very minor inconveniences that didn't effect our stay.

Location

Upon arrival you have to check in hotel which did not have our packet or keys we had to wait . They do not provide bedding only sheets so we had to go to Walmart and buy blankets the hotel did offer a few comforters from their laundry room (but that was a courtesy) and it was not disclosed that bedding was not provided. Parking is horrible !!!!! You are not even guaranteed your 2 parking spots that are disclosed in your booking agreement . If the parking is full there is overflow parking block away and it’s not covered parking like at the unit you have to leave your vehicle in a parking lot. For what you pay to stay at this suite you are getting location.

Spacious, clean, easy access, friendly front desk.

Couple of the shades were broken when we got there; some coffee cups needed cleaning before using… minor stuff

I like the placement of everything and it is very roomy for my guests at my stay.

Some oulets in the kitchen did not work and the tub in the masters, the jets didn't work other than that no complaints.
