The communication with the owners was very easy and they were super responsive! They came to fix the shower at 10 p.m.! We asked for a late check-out due to flight delay and there was no problem with that.

Our experience was probably a bit unlucky, as the cleaner did not finish the job due to some emergency. The place also lacked basic amenities (only one mug for coffee/tea, broken drying rack) and has previously known issues (broken shower) that were not fixed.

Very new and large with great views. Well maintained and excellent hot water showers with very good pressure

Wish I could have a clothes dryer to go with the washer, but never happens!

Struttura molto spaziosa, probabilmente di recente costruzione, letti comodi e duri, posizione tranquilla, silenziosa, con ottima vista.

Struttura veramente molto sporca, il frigo contiene avanzi di clienti precedenti anche marci, va bene lasciare beni di prima necessità ma gli avanzi di un certo numero di persone è poco igienico. il muro della camera da letto era appena stato ritinteggiato per nascondere (senza nessun esito) una macchia di perdita/umidità/muffa? quindi la stanza aveva un forte odore che rendeva difficile il sonno per di più per questo lavoretto improvvisato il giorno prima del mio arrivo (così dichiarato dal proprietario) mi trovo un tappeto sul letto e calcinacci di muro un po’ ovunque perché si dimenticano di pulire.. Ci tengo comunque ad avvisare immediatamente il proprietario che la casa non è pulita! Manca lo stendino, anche se mi viene detto che c’è un filo fuori dove posso appendere i panni, ANCHE NO! chiedo ancora prima di arrivare di avere una stufetta perché purtroppo il clima alle Azzorre non è stato dei migliori, totalmente ignorata. Non c’è riscaldamento e ho patito solo un gran freddo!

Very big. Good kitchen. A lot of blankets for coziness. Private parking. Good view. Extra towels. Walking distance to the supermarket.

You can hear all the wind sounds which is a bit annoying.
