2-Bed 2-Bath Luxury Retreat

The location is around a 20 minute walk into town and obviously you can get a taxi if needed..

Entrance to the property was a little difficult but once we were in everything was fine, i think they should be more than one key as its hard work if you want to go out separately, the apartment is very modern and as everything in there you need everything from lots of cutlery to earbuds 😀 the beds are comfortable and lots off towels, two bathrooms which is just perfect and lots of space to hang clothes, i would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a modern stay nearby Broadway.

We loved being in the Gulch. Beds were comfortable and setting was nice.

We didn't like not having hand towels in the bathroom. There were no kitchen towels, measuring devices and proper cookware. The concierge was unable to provide directions to anywhere. She was unfamiliar with the area which caused problems since we were routed into a unsafe area when walking towards downtown.

The host was very nice and responsive. The location, neighborhood, and size of the house were very nice. The layout of the house worked well with our group of 5 people. The house came incredibly stocked!

The downside to this place is that you will only get one key fob and there are only 2 beds. The house listing says there are 3 beds with the 3rd bed being a sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa in the living room is 4 separate pieces that are not level. 2 of the pieces have a backrest and the other 2 do not. Only 2 people can sit on the couch comfortably and it is definitely not a sleeper.

Very clean, awesome amenities, and close to everything. The full length oversized mirror was great for people getting ready for the night on the town.
