Perfect stay could not recommend this enough. Super clean with a lovely eye for detail around the flat especially the bookcase door. Was welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, milk in the fridge and croissants. Great location with personal car park. Will definitely be visiting again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The decor and finish to this property oozes class and luxury. Location is great, Woodhall Spa is such a lovely place to visit. Finishing touches such as Prosecco and the essentials was a welcomed addition. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced on my travels. Everything is perfect. I will without doubt stay in the future. Thank you Harriet :-)

This is a real gem - we have stayed here some four times for work - it is always super clean and comfy. The decor is fabulous - also good quality bedding and super comfy bed. Good wifi connection. Its got a great location in the centre of the village - very handy for pubs, restaurant's and shopping.

There is nothing to dislike or improve on - this will always be are first preference if we are working in the area.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and a few thoughtful items left to make our stay that bit more special were very much appreciated. The location was ideally situated on the main road in Woodhall Spa with some lovely shops, cafes & restaurants within a short walk.

Location is fantastic right in the middle of Woodhall Spa. Harriet, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. A lot of time and money has been spent recently with a full refurbishment of the property. The furnishings and fittings are of a really high standard and quite quirky. The bed was really comfortable. Love the lots of additional extras provided including Prosecco, croissants, jam, milk and plenty of tea, coffee and sugar. Don't get fooled by the 'bookcase' absolute genius. Harriet has tried to think of just about everything that's needed for a great break for 2 people. Just a note that the kitchen facilities are limited, but perfect if you only require to do the minimum amount of cooking. There is a kettle, toaster, combination microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. There are plenty of cafes and other places to eat in and around Woodhall Spa. There's a cafe opposite that serves breakfast. We have already booked to return. We have family living in the area so we visit quite often. This is one of the better places we have stayed in.

The flat was perfect for our break! Lots of attention to detail to make it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The location is excellent with plenty of places to eat and drink just across the road. I would definitely stay again when visiting the area.
