Seamless, met by the owner. Entry and exit to property easy and safe. Kitchen clean and tidy all facilities available. Bedrooms and bathroom spotless, towels and toiletries provided if you require them. It was warm a real bonus at this time of year (Nov) Breakfast available across the road in a cafe bar - lovely to chat with the locals. Some really good restaurants within walking distance - however if your not sure ask Vittorio. Car parking free on the road at the back of the apartment, if no space a carpark within walking distance for 2 euros all day It felt homely, warm and welcoming we will definitely be back again at this time of year.

"Moderno e con tutti i comfort"

Struttura molto pulita e ordinata, c’è tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno ad Avellino. Cucina non a disposizione per soggiorni brevi, ma comunque utilizzabile microonde, macchina del caffè ecc

Unica nota di accorgimento consiglio ai proprietari di mettere un piumone nella camera da letto singola, poiché solo la coperta “da divano” non basta, visto il freddo di Avellino

"Great High Tech Apartment"

So modern with all the high tech amenities you could ask for. The place was so clean as well and it had motorized metal shutters that keep the place dark and safe. Vittorio was so helpful with everything we needed, from restaurants suggestions, mass schedules and a private driver to take a to our next destination.

Only thing it didn’t have was an elevator and place is on 2nd Floor
