The location was strategic close to Jonker Walk, just outside the busy traffic area, and surrounded by eateries. The apartment was spacious and perfect for a big family. It was well-equipped with a pool table, arcade machine, Mahjong table, and a karaoke set, making it easy to socialize and bond with loved ones

Die Anweisungen zum Check in und Check out waren klar und gut verständlich. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung war ok, es war auf den ersten Blick sauber, der Pool war schön

Bei genauerem Hinsehen war es nicht mehr ganz so sauber. Die Betten waren extrem hart, ebenso die Kissen. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es keine vollwertigen Betten. Der Föhn war defekt. Wir haben Kontakt aufgenommen, das Problem wurde jedoch gekonnt ignoriert. Eine der Schlüsselkarten zeigte sporadisch einen Fehler, man strandete auf einem Stockwerk und kam nicht weiter. Als Beweis wollte man ein Video. Wir waren unterwegs mit der anderen, funktionierenden, Karte. Ein Video haben wir nicht geschickt. Am Abreisetag wurde man ab früh morgens mit WhatsApp Nachrichten bombardiert, das man möglichst früh auschecken sollte, um „Stau“ zu vermeiden. Hierum konnte man sich dauerhaft kümmern, um das Problem mit dem Föhn nicht.
