The house is clean overall.

However, the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable,

easy to cooperate and self check in is very convenient. would love to repeat again!

The entrance and the parking abit confusing. the entrance of parking is same with vouk hotel/suite but behind the building. Maybe the host can add clear instruction with videos and pictures on how to park and get into the building from the parking. Tips for other guest, once u park your car (GF), u hav to walk to level (G) and finally reach the lobby.

The location was good . Room is clean.

The mattress tilam is use normal one not spring. The mattress already break up. When sleep not comfortable. Pls invest the mattress when doing Airbnb this is the most important for staying quality of sleep. The staff when we got problems call no pickup at all. When whatapps also no reply (11pm) not too late until tomorrow 9am only response. Pls la want do service line pls improve ur customer service response. Tv also no function. Ceiling fan no have any Remote control to control the speed when at nite cannot open due too cool. Pls take noted.
