Problème de location , interdit d utiliser la piscine et le gym car supposément les frais de condo n avait ps été payé donne code d entrée à un autre couple quand j étais sur place Aucune insonorisation Divan finis dans le salon

Slow response from administrator to solve a couple of minor issues, I had to insist in order to get some items that were missing.

Great apartment, location is perfect - walkable to the beach/ADO bus stop/5th avenue. Taxis available as you come out of the apartment. Quiet! It’s very close to restaurants but you don’t have to deal with the noise. Pool and gym were great - there’s a bar on the roof with some food and drinks for purchase (cash only). I traveled solo (female) and felt very comfortable and safe in the area. I was very happy with my stay, highly recommended.

I had no problem receiving the code to the door to the apartment via WhatsApp. The unit was clean and well located. A/C worked well and enough towels were supplied for our stay.

Despite multiple texts I never received the key fob to the building so I couldn't get in if the door wasn't open or if someone wasn't at the desk. This happened on more than one occasion and we had to wait to get in until someone showed up with a key fob. Really unacceptable to not respond to multiple WhatsApp texts on this topic. Also, the shower did not drain well at all and at the end of every shower the backup of water that hadn't drained yet was ankle deep.

Location could not be better. It's away from the tacky, obnoxious end of Playa, but it still offers proximity to everything you could want (a Chedraui supermarket is next door). Also, it faces an interior courtyard, making for a mostly quiet stay. It's comfortably furnished, and the host makes you feel immediately valued with a refreshment package after check in.

The condo's hot water tank is very small. Showers had to be limited to 4 minutes. A tankless heater would serve guests better. Also, the bathroom lacked hand soap.
