Hotel Chao NL 24 hours open

Es muy básico, pero limpio, barato en comparación con otras instalaciones y está muy cerca al canal. El personal muy amable. Parece que hace poco han renovado la habitaciones y baños.

En la zona es muy caro de aparcar Justo a lado del hotel, hay que cambiar el coche según las indicaciones preparados en un impreso que facilita el hotel para evitar tener que pagar.

Dopo che ho trovato un preservativo (probabilmente usato) sul lavandino sito davanti al letto? Direi niente..Aggiungiamoci il fatto che la camera non ha senso (c'è una sauna e una jacuzzi) che dall'odore della camera nessuno sano di mente utilizzerebbe mai, il bagno non è esiste: è un ripostiglio delle scope con un water, che anche qui ho preferito utilizzare con fazzoletti e in acrobazie spidermanesche

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good for the price. It was fairly quiet at night.

I would have preferred a room with a shower rather than the bath as it was tricky to get in and out of and quite slippy.

Είχε μέσα στον μικρό χώρο που σου διέθετε τζακουζι και σάουνα.. Ήταν σχετικά καθαρά και έχει γύρω του χώρο για στάθμευση.

Δεν μας άρεσαν καθόλου οι ώρες check in και out. 16:00 για in και 10:00 για out. Ότι για να μπεις ή να βγεις από τους κοιτώνες πρέπει να περάσεις μέσα από την πιτσαρία. Οι σκάλες για να πας στον πρώτο όροφο απαράδεκτα απότομες. Σίγουρα ακατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

I am registered as disabled with Ziekte Parkinson's and as a result my walking and general mobility is limited. However these challenges for me represented no problem to the staff at Chao. They treated me as a normal person; every request was met with kind accommodation - even plugging my scootmobile to the mains electricity. I am grateful for the assistance and courtesy. I shall stay there again.

Everything, this place is definitely not a hotel, it’s a death trap with a accident waiting to happen, 2 sets of extreme extremely steep narrow stairs for access and no fire escapes in any if the floors, the access to the rooms are through the fast food cafe by a very narrow door, the breakfast in the morning was disgusting, we booked a room for 2 and ended up in a attic room with for 3 with no room to move, the bath and sink were in the room itself. Also the photos on your site of my room looked nothing like what we ended up in. We paid 178 euros for this disgusting experience and if it was not being a non refundable payment I have walked out. A refund would be much appreciated, please could you let me know the hosts response. Very very unhappy and annoyed 😠 customer.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful. Check-in and Check-out was effortless. Tere was warm water, fridge and tv. It was easy to walk to the center.

The hotel was a little bit sketchy, it was upstars in a coffee restaurant. The room was very small and it was crowded not only with two beds but three. The bathroom was really small, I felt quite claustrophobic. The room was quite noisy because of the noise from the street below.
