Casa de la Costa - San Jose

Läget var bra. Lägenheten passade våra ändamål. Kök och badrum nyrenoverade och i fint skick. Vi var där i oktober och då fanns det alltid parkering på gatorna i närheten. Det var smidig incheckning och utcheckning. Värden var omtänksam och gav oss viktig samhällsinformation under vår vistelse. Kommunikationen med värden via WhatsApp gick utmärkt.

Om man är där under sommaren, så vill man kanske ha en balkong. Och det har inte den här lägenheten. Men vi var där i oktober och hade lägenheten som bas för våra bilutflykter. Så den passade oss ypperligt!

Relación calidad-precio adecuada. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y ventilador de techo en el salón y habitación principal.

Te cobra un suplemento de 20€ si llegas mas tarde de las 20 horas, por lo que uno va con prisa para ahorrarse eso. Algo que puedo llegar a entender por las molestias que le puedas causar al casero. La sorpresa viene que al llegar, la llave la tienes en un cajetín en la misma puerta del bloque con un código que te facilita por mensaje poco antes de llegar. Imposible aparcar en la cercanía en verano.

Appartamento grande e molto pulito, arredamento nuovo e molto curato.Vicinissimo alla spiaggia.L 'host è stato molto gentile all' arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta, acqua,vino e anche gelati.Consigliato

El piso está muy bien montado, con todas las comodidades y accesorios. Todo funciona perfectamente y la decoración muy bonita. La ubicación es excelente pues está a una manzana de la playa, con buen sistema de comunicación y al lado del muelle donde se cogen los ferrys para la Manga. Hay muchísimos bares de todo tipo en los alrededores y un supermercado bien surtido, a apenas 3 manzanas. El aparcamiento es en la calle y por ser temporada alta estuvo un poco difícil, pero no imposible, y al no necesitar el coche para nada, pues al conseguir un puesto, no se requiere mover más. Este alojamiento es muy recomendable!

The apartment is in a very good location and although parking is not easy on the same road, you can find spots 8 minutes walk from the apartment. Air conditioning works really well.

The kitchen is a bit uncomfortable to use and there are no big pans (we had burgers and had to cook them in slots as I could fit the four of them at the same time in the pan that was provided). Having said this, it wasn’t a big deal really.

Fabulous location - metres from the beach restaurants and town very close. Incredibly clean and well thought out, felt quite new everywhere

I’d prefer a big comfy sofa !

Everything Was new and clean.

There Was so much moist in the appartement that our sheets where moist when we went to bed. This was really discomforting and bad for your healthy. The shower and wetter pressure is also not Really good enough. Hot water for a 5 min shower than you have to wait for the next one.

The property was spacious and comfortable. It was right near the beach , bars and restaurants.

Nothing. It was lovely.

Apartment was immaculate and location was perfect for Mar Menor and local Restaurants.
