Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Waikoloa Colony Villas 1706 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00." A deposit may be required at the property.
