UF SUNSHINE HOUSE - Patio & BBQ - Chef Kitchen - EV Car Station - Upscale Neighborhood!

The location is perfect. The house was the cleanest place we have ever rented! The layout of the house and the way it’s decorated is so awesome! Very nice place! I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Gainesville!

Older area of town but really nice inside of the house. Has been remodeled and in really good condition. Just like the pictures.

The place was as described- very clean and comfortable. A 12 minutes drive to and from UF, which was the reason we were there in the first place- to move our daughter.

When we first entered the house, a strong smell of food was overwhelmingly in the entire kitchen living room and hall way, so much so that I had to go buy a candle, and a room spray. I aired the house to get rid of the strong smell but it took a day. I had reached out to Stephen to confirm he had a coffee machine , which he did and also asked about the beans. Coffe is important to me to the point where I usually travel with my own Nespresso machine. I trusted the fact that there will be a working machine along with beans. Looked for the beans next morning and couldn’t find any. Reached out again to let him know and had to go out to purchase Starbucks. Stephen had beans delivered that day mid day which was appreciated. Now we are second day , tried the machine ( I have had many coffee machines in my life so I do know how to work one ), it didn’t work and so , again, I had to go out for coffee . Stephen did offer a refund of $100 which is appreciated however he was a bit condescending in his comments implying - I lied about the smell and that his machine worked and maybe I wasn’t smart enough to make it work. Again, not appreciated.

Good location everything near by

The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and furnished with everything you need down to the pup's dishes and bed :) The neighborhood is shaded & peaceful and it's centrally located to the university and downtown.

The area is very buggy after the rain.

The property is beautifully well kept. Clean, comfortable, very modern. Perfectly located, close to UF College, stores, restaurants, and shopping. We wanted to stay longer!

Super clean, all updated, cleaning up and laundry essentials provided, kcups and tea provided. My son was visiting UF tennis and this was only a couple miles away, very comfortable and convenient, so much better than a hotel. I worked remote on my laptop during the day from the house and had perfect Wi-Fi the entire time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Stephen was a gracious host and responded quickly. My son even broke a drinking glass during dinner, and Stephen was understanding. Safe neighborhood, could walk to park across street or walk in neighborhood.
