BRANDNEW 2023 LAKEFRONT APT

There's a space that the hosts have left for you to enjoy a wonderful time right in front of a lake. There's coffee ready to be make in their machine and the air conditioner works perfectly. The tv has Netflix and amazon prime for you to enjoy at the end of the day.

The only thing that I would've like was that I didn't find a way to clean my cloth or to get more garbage bags. But it was probably my fault because the hosts were attentive and available (through messages) to help with anything I needed, without being intrusive.

The garden with the lake view is beautiful and very peaceful. Covered terrace. Confortable beds.

The hot water supply was insufficient for four quick showers and doing dishes.  The appartement clearly needs a refresh. The walls have ugly marks, glue residue with some furniture, and some furniture is damaged, i.e. the bathroom vanity. The bathroom is very small, with a tiny sink. The shower handle system is detached from the wall, the shower curtain has a hole in it. The front door seal is also damaged. Half the terrace lights don't work. The window tracks and edges of the bay windows were not clean, full of grass. The kitchen lacked a dish rack, it was not convenient. Also, striped pan. The AC in the bedroom is very noisy. A barbecue was listed as an amenity but was not provided.

It had a small refrigerator.

It was convenient to stay there

The flooding of the rooms when it rained.

Nice layout quiet studio and quiet neighborhood, except for Saturday pm with fireworks till late across the lake, but that's about everywhere in Orlando. Nothing that would defer a stay.. Access was easy with great AC and TV. Great amenities for a studio. Comfortable bed and easy access to plug In electronics. Absolutely a.stay again choice next time to kississimme

For a short stay nothing major. Some suggestions would be a few, hotter water, canopy over entrance especially with rains. Perhaps a checkin tip sheet with Wifi info even though it was in my email, where garbage bins are.. I still couldn't find them. Oh one more thing, how to turn off patio lights.
