The host didn’t reply to me when i arrives with my family and we had to stay in another hotel for the first night and the host is not friendly at all

والله اسوأ قرار هوا نزولي في هذا الفندق الصدمة كانت اول مادخلنا طلع الفندق بدروم تابع لصنواي براميد اردنا العامل يحمل لنا الحقائب بعد ماحملها عرف اننا نتبع لفندق صنواي سويت نزل الشنط وقال مالنا فيكم مافي اي استقبال تتفاهم معاهم واحد اتعاون معانا وودانا لمصعد من الخلف نحمل فيه فيه حقائبنا في البدروم بعدها طلعنا على مكان الشقة والله كاني في سجن الشقة جدا قذرة وغير نظيفة الفراش قذر الدواليب كلها غبار الادراج غبار ادوات قديمة الفندق في الممرات مخيف في باب في الصالة ماتعرف هوا داخله مروحة ولا ايش غير مريح نفسيا احتجت مكواة ادور مالقيت نزلنا ندور الاستقبال مافي طلع عامل تحت الدرج راح اشترالنا مكوة في كيس وجابها يقلك نظف بنفسك مافي اي مقومات تستخدمها حتى تنظف اقامة مافيها امان الزبالة خرجتها من ثلاثة ايام عند الباب مااحد جا شالها خزنة عبارة عن دولاب مقرف مقفل الشقة من الخارج تفتح بمفتاح يعني تخاف احد يكون عنده نسخه ليس له موقع تعبنا ندور في النهاية طلع تدخل لي من براميد في شرشف في الدولاب جيت اكوي عليه والله الرز ماسك فيه يبدو ان احد استخدمه للاكل الكراسي للسفرة جدا متهالكة لدرجة تعورك ماتقدر تجلس عليها من تعليقات الناس الا قبل صرت يوميا قبل سفرتي ارسلهم ايميلات اطالب بنظافة الشقة واني جاية من رحلة طويله وللاسف اصبت بخيبة امل شديدة ولكن لم يكن لدي خيار اخر الا ان اتحمل والله الوصخ تحت الكنب وفي الدواليب الغبار اللحتف عليه بقع لا اعرف ماهيا والشقة حارة جدا مكيف الصالة هواه جدا ضعيف

القذارة والاثاث المتهالك عدم الامان عدم وجود استقبال

الاطلاله فقط و سعرها مناسب

خدمه ذاتيه لنفسك الصور تختلف عن الواقع الاثاث قديم جداً

The apartment was in very poor condition and did not match the photos or description presented on your website. The reality was completely different and unacceptable — the property was located in a neglected area, very close to a government ministry, and the surrounding environment was not suitable or safe. Given the condition and location, the apartment is not worth the price I paid. In fact, it would not be worth more than 100 MYR, and charging anything above that feels like a form of misrepresentation and fraud. I am shocked that such a property was listed on Booking.com, a platform I’ve trusted for years. I kindly request a full refund, as I did not stay in the apartment due to the misleading information and poor quality. I also urge you to review the listing to ensure that no other guest goes through the same unfortunate experience. Thank you for your attention and support. I look forward to your prompt response.
