Nicely decorated with just the right amount of little touches here & there to bring a smile to your stay. My niece got married across the street at the Woodruff-Fontaine house & we just walked across the street. The reception was downtown but just a few minutes away & it was very convenient all around. Coming home after the reception to see everything lit up outside was beautiful. We met a cousin of mine Saturday morning for breakfast at Sunrise & walked there, too. Very convenient.

Parking a bit tight but I can honestly say, it wasn’t a problem; and we have a Buick Enclave which is a bit bigger by today’s standards.

"Stayed there? I'd live there!"

Stay there? I could live there! Owners offered a well provided apartment with ideas on what to do in Memphis; site was very well situated and secure! Communication was ideal.

I was a little apprehensive as I'd never booked one of these, but soon found there was no reason to be concerned. In fact, we were right across the street from our one tour bus stop to view historic houses!
