Poor communication.

Absolutely nothing was good. have been traveling over 14 years and have stayed at endless hotels and Airbnbs this host was unresponsive and myself and family were stranded trying to find out the address and check in instructions. My husband and I called over 10x, booking tried contacting them with no response even our taxi tried. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered during my travel. After hours of no response I was forced to book alternate accommodations which was costly and inconvenient. Please don't waste your time or money. Also, they required pre payment so that was money I lost.

el precio de la villa es excelente, la comunicación con las personas encargadas es muy buena.

En el área hay muchos gatos y para las personas alergicas podria ser un factor perjudicial

Nos quedamos en este lugar por la cercania al aeropuerto y que indicaba que tenia estacionamiento para descansar de una semana maravillosa en la isla. Mi esposa se quedo encerrada en el baño casi una hora y no habia quien nos ayudara, las sabanas y almohadas olian a penicilina, las toallas rotas y manchadas, y eso que en el mensaje de check in tienen un largo aviso con respecto a las manchas en toallas y sabanas, y de paso cobran un fee de limpieza que no se para que si todo esta asi, adicionalmente el lugar esta dentro de las instalaciones de un hospital por lo que el estacionamiento es pago, lo que mas queriamos era poder descansar para nuestro vuelo de regreso y no pudimos. Pedi reembolso y me dijeron que solo podian darme un descuento para otra estadia, pero con esta experiencia ni siquiera se lo recomendaria a nadie. no volveria a quedarme alli

The place was clean and nice. The explanation for finding it scared me at first with their length, but they were excellent - very clear! I received a quick response to my questions.

No extras in the kitchen, such as kitchen paper, coffee, tea, salt. It would have been nice, but not required.

Location ! Hard to find the place ! Sheets for sleeping sofa, was so so wrinkled, threw in the bottom of the closed ! No kitchen rack or anything to wash dishes!!! No hair dryer!
