USThe location was good and the room has a lot of character. There’s a coffee house downstairs, which was necessary since it’s not provided in the room.
I paid for early check in (refunded) but couldn’t because the room had been used the night before and the cleaners didn’t clean it. I walked into a mess. They sent someone out to clean it but it was at a big inconvenience to me. The lock was low on battery and was inconsistent locking and unlocking. There is no parking for the hotel (disclosed) but the parking meter hours are adhered to so it’s a pain getting up in the AM to move the car. Earplugs were provided and necessary as the windows are historic and very thin. This room is also located at the top of the stairs with the most foot traffic passing it. There are zero provided amenities including water or coffee.
