The bed was comfortable

When we arrived we had organised an early check in, however this was not honored, therefore waiting 2hrs in the lobby after 30 hrs of traveling time. When we finally got into the unit the bin was full, the shower and bathroom were moldy. The floors didn’t look to have been cleaned. The leak in the bathroom was still evident - in reviews from July 2024. When reported they told us they would have someone come to fix it however they did not. They provided us with some extra towels to soak up the water but after the 13 days staying they were soaked and smelt. They refused to provide us with extra towels, unless we paid an additional charge. The couch had a very fowl oder and was evident it needed a deep steam cleaning. We avoided it because of this. The upstairs residents woke us up every morning between 4:30am and 6:30am with loud noises - like they were moving furniture around and vacuuming. There was an old lady down stairs who was verbally abusive and constantly coughing. The kitchen was okay, very small and the pot and pan handles needed tightening. Neighborhood very rough Over charged Won’t be returning.

The apartment was beautiful with modern design. The flat was full private and big enough with little balcony and a good air conditioner.

The stairway and whole building was very outdated, smelly, dirty. It is located in maybe the worst district in Bari, like a ghetto. The view from the balcony was ruined and dirty buildings. The neighbors were scary: barking dogs, loud violently coughing old lady all the time. In the apartment: the only table waggled so you hardly cut anything on it, the bed was narrow (140cm) altough very comfy, the bathroom was leaking very strong. After every shower there was a big puddle on the middle of the floor. There wasn't any coffee capsule at least for the first morning, or salt, sugar, oil, only cleaning stuff.

We expected more based on the great reviews. The apartment is very beautiful, but it has flaws that completely destroy the overall impression of the stay. First of all, it is the size of the bed (width 140 cm!!!), which is not sufficient even for people of shorter height. My husband and I were constantly hitting each other unintentionally at night. The dining table top is unstable and it is not possible to serve food on it. The fridge opens to the wrong side - very inconvenient. There is a pool of water constantly forming under the bidet, which we never even used. Dirty dishes and glasses were waiting for us in the kitchen. At the end of our stay, they asked us to wash the dishes after each other, but it seems that it is not checked after the guests. We really appreciate that there are towels in the apartment and we didn't have to take them from the house, but a towel for hands is missing and we would appreciate one more towel per person for a 5 day stay. Two small rolls of toilet paper for two people for 5 days is also insufficient, we had to buy our own. Furthermore, it would be very nice if there was at least salt and pepper in the apartment, so that there was no need to buy a full package of salt. We also appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine, so it would be very nice to find two capsules in the apartment at least as a welcome, before you buy your own package of coffee. These are all things that the accommodation provider can work on. But what unfortunately cannot be controlled are the noisy neighbors, the unpleasant smell in the hallway, really bad view from the mini balcony and the location, which is about 15 minutes from the center, but it's already a different (dirty) world. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all and we didn't sleep any of the 4 nights, which is what working people look forward to on vacation.

Just refurnished, beautiful apartment. Great bed, spacious bathroom.

Air conditioning wasn’t working on the first night but the staff worked as fast as possible to solve the problem.
