Locatia este aproape de centru. Una dintre camere are mobilier mai nou, insa cea de-a doua are mobilier vechi, lumina nu este cea mai buna. Sunt veioze, insa ar fi necesara mai multa lumina, mai ales daca vrei sa inveti/citesti.

Apartamentul fiind pozitionat spre strada, este si un trotuar foarte circulat in fata, este foarte multa galagie si nu te poti odihni noaptea. Masinile trec mereu, oamenii galagiosi trec pe strada.

Am călătorit cu 2 copii mici . Căldura în permanență, apa caldă, toate necesarele pentru a găti fiecare masă . Curățenie si paturi confortabile. În centru Brașovului , unde poți găsi orice oricând .

Neplăcerea a fost doar parcarea :) . Dar acest aspect nu ține de proprietate . Se găsesc locuri dar mai greu .
