"Bad"

We were not met at property as told. No key to use elevator, had to get 3 heavy suit cases to 6th floor manually. Next morning lock broke and we were locked inside unit with no response from calls/texts to owner. Finally disassembled the lock ourselves to get out and found it had been broken previously (owner claimed to be surprised that this happened when she finally contacted us) we had to leave to find a secure place to stay as she could not tell us when it would be fixed on New Years Day. Owner was pleasant, but we are requesting a refund due to these issues.

"It was a pleasant location to stay away from crowds and be right on the beach, but also very far from the historic cente"
