Ubicación excelente, colonia segura, fácil acceso. Departamento nuevo, limpio, excelentes condiciones, equipado con todo lo esencial. Áreas comunes impecables, alberca limpia, vista paradisíaca. Vecinos tranquilos, la seguridad muy amable. Tienen cerca centro comercial, tiendas de abarrotes y farmacia. Sin dudarlo volvería.

I liked receiving the entry codes for the apartment prior to arrival. I liked the building location, the size of the suite, the comfort of the beds, the well-furnished kitchen, and especially the rooftop pool and lounge area.

It was difficult to regulate the hot water in the showers and at the kitchen sink. Communication with Karine about this issue was slow and not satisfactory. Also, Karine did not answer my question about what housekeeping tasks we were responsible for prior to departure.
