Location is excellent Building has such amazing potential Great bones Close to restaurants Easy for tourists But it is not taken care of

Basically for self catering there are no knives no cleaning products. Washing machine is mouldy. Iron is dirty. Not enough pots or glasses. Micro is old fashioned. Broken drying rack. Dirty chairs. No seating for 4 people. Poor plumbing Poor check in Needs repairs Extractor fans don’t work in bathrooms which makes a huge mosquito problem Fans are filthy I had to buy new pillows and a bottle opener!!!!! Not serviced No bin bags No loo roll Towels thread bare Every self catered place I’ve ever stayed is serviced. This is cost cutting and not good enough Apartment was not clean on check in Really. Not up to scratch Owners need to pay attention and make some radical changes

arrived at an unclean unit took forever to get the staff to clean the unit what kind of apartment for that amount of money doesn’t offer cleaning services by the way I requested and paid for the cleaning services which ate up most of my day finally after fighting for two days with the manager Sharon got the cleaning staff to tidy up. no changing of linen which had a stench when we arrived no changing of towels no toilet paper on arrival surfaces dirty ,uncleaned contact numbers which were posted on booking.com were unavailable after multiple calls we finally got some help from Waren to get some services we eventually landed up leaving the premises for a different accommodation 😡😡😡
