De toegang met de sleutel en het terugbetalen van ons geld na de klacht

Het huis was verschrikkelijk. De accomodatie ligt in een onverzorgde buurt en gaf onmiddelijk een onverzorgde indruk. De binnenkomst leek positief door de aangename geur bij het binnen komen maar dit was het verstoppen van de schimmel die ons tegemoet kwam. De hygiene was verschrikkelijk. Alles was extreem vuil, onverzorgd. In de tuin lagen sigarettenpeuken, gebruikte oorstokjes, veel hondenstoelgang, kleine tubes van god weet welke producten. Binnen was vuil, schimmel en stof een rode draad. De extreem vuile doeken waar ze mee 'gepoetst' hadden lagen zelf in de hoeken nog klaar. We zijn welgeteld 5 min binnen geweest en zijn direct terug vertrokken, hebben de eigenaar en booking verwittigd en zijn in een proper hotel gaan overnachten! Het enige positieve was dat de eigenaar na de klacht wel ons geld onmiddelijk heeft terug betaald. Dit huis was booking onwaardig en is helemaal zijn punten niet waard!

Spacious property , well equipped, in the main , peaceful neighbourhood very comfy beds .

Cooker difficult to work as can not see markings on there , so was difficult to use , could do with more trays for the overn, superficially clean , however skirtings ans stairs dusty and noticeable cobwebs , dirty towel left in washing machine which also needed draining , shower very awkward and leaked

The beds were comfortable and clean, fresh towels and toiletries supplied. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The living room was tidy and fairly comfortable sofas and TV, wifi included although quite a slow speed and lagging occurred while watching it. There was on street parking available as we had 2 cars for our family trip and overall, it appeared ideal for our needs. This property was fitted with a nice kitchen and bathroom, etc.

We were not informed that there had recently been a flood at the property before we stayed here and all the flooring in the kitchen was lifting and still damp. The stair carpet was very grubby and it gave the property an unpleasant odour. The skirting boards upstairs needed a good clean. This property is in need of new flooring and carpet. The garden was also quite overgrown

Good that bathroom was clean enough

in the house dirty in places. the floor downstairs stuck to the shoes. The fridge had an unpleasant smell. The furniture was damaged. Everything was not very inviting to stay.

Spacious . Attentive owner after we notified him of minor TV problem.
