Host & Stay - Church Street

It is very unclean and very poor service. Booked for 2 nights, only stayed 1. Kitchen cupboards and microwave were dirty. Property is very dirty and dusty throughout. Hoover did not work. Spoke to Host and Stay direct about the issues as soon as we checked in. They promised to send a cleaner to rectify the issues the next morning. No cleaner materialised. The garden area full of weeds was difficult for the kids to play. Broken fence panels, unclean garden furniture. Not to mention there is no dropped kerb on entrance to the property so your car gets scrapped by the high kerb underneath. There is nowhere else to park apart from the driveway, with no dropped kerb. Anyways, don't stay, I don't recommend. Poor customer service with a dirty property.
