De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij San Pantaleo, Cannigione en Porto Cervo. De villa is zeer geschikt voor een groot gezelschap met zwembad, voetbalveld en tennisbaan.

Het interieur en meeste meubilair is oud en versleten, de villa heeft een upgrade nodig. Ook werkte de wifi niet overal en ook niet alle apparatuur, waaronder de airco. Bij deze huurprijs moet alles gewoon tip top in orde zijn.
