Private access, spacious, homely with everything that you need for an extended stay.

Unfortunately parking sometimes was impossible without an extended walk, due to arrival time returning from work, after 6PM on 3 days of the week when the boxing club opposite has training sessions. To avoid this aim to get home before 6PM or wait until 9PM to be able to park near the property. If not for this inconvienience the ratings would hae been higher.

Comfy bed, lots of room, good kitchen facilities and storage. Beautifully clean throughout.

Door function was difficult until you knew the knack and should have been explained in welcome information. Would benefit from blackout blinds. Proximity of bathroom to the top of the stairs was a bit dangerous, maybe needed a gate.

Location is good. Near to corner shops, Saintsbury supermarket and not far from town.

A comfortable and clean flat, perfect for my on-calls or short visits. Just a short drive to the hospital and local supermarket, making it incredibly convenient. The flat is always spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay. Luigi is an excellent host—quick to respond and always ready to fix any issues promptly. Previous stays have been smooth, with great communication. Ideal for anyone needing a reliable and comfortable place near the town centre or working a the hospital.

The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable. The quality of the telephone support that we were offered when we had difficulty with the electronic lock was very reassuring.

We had difficulties with the electronic lock to the front door when we arrived. The lock appeared to be malfunctioning. There was not enough cutlery in the kitchen and the saucepans were not of good quality.
