The location was nicer than expected, even tho it's quite far from the center of Perugia, a nice lake is located very close, right under the bridge. Supermarkets are easily found around, and the area is very quiet.

Our stay at this apartment in Ponte San Giovanni was far from pleasant. The bed sheets were stained, had holes, and we found several hairs — including one on the pillow. There was no place to hang clothes, and the window couldn’t be opened without compromising privacy, as it looked directly into neighboring buildings. The AC remote barely worked, and for a 4-day stay for two people, we were given only one roll of toilet paper. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, and there was no broom or mop to clean it up. Towels were very worn and didn’t smell fresh. We also had safety concerns — the microwave and coffee machines were placed right next to the sink. Despite multiple messages, the host never responded to any of our issues. Overall, the apartment lacked basic cleanliness, comfort, and communication. Would not recommend.

Location close to Perugia. Quiet zone. Self Check-in.
