ANNI - Modern & cosy apartment - with garage & balcony

Tudo, o apartamento incrivelmente perfeito. A pessoa responsável super atenciosa pedi pra entrar pouco mais cedo, super me entendeu e entramos em acordo que eu poderia chegar mais cedo. Definitivamente isso ganha muito pontos com todos nós, ainda mas chegando de viagem. A casa é incrível nem sem se fala. Eu voltarei com certeza, perto de tudo localização perfeita. 10/10.

We had a nice stay in a newly-built apartment in Zadar. Our host was very kind and helpful.

This is the first time in my life that I have come to an apartment where absolutely everything is as it should be. Apartment par excellence. Modern and tastefully decorated space, extremely functional, clean, pleasant and quiet to stay in, quality equipment, nothing missing, great balcony, underground locked garage, quiet neighborhood, large grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby, 5-10 minutes from the beach by car or bike . . . Extremely friendly hostess, although there was no need to communicate because everything was perfectly organized.

A slightly softer mattress would suit me better, although I had no problems with this either. It might be good to have a mattress topper in the closet. If you rely too much on the navigation in your car, and it is not the most accurate, it could take some time to figure out which building your apartment is in. If this happens to you, it is best to park your car and walk around the buildings to understand how the building numbers are organized. But this was maybe just a problem with me, and not with the apartment. Once I got that sorted, everything else was child's play.

Everything. Best stay i have ever had. Had everything that is needed and more. Good location. We checked in and out without meet, which was comfortable. Newly built apartment, dont fear because there are not enough reviews. 10/10

It’s a new apartment tastefully done with all amenities needed (looks exactly like in the pictures) A cosy place perfect for a couple or a small family. Apartment is easy to find, not far from zadar old town , Bolt/Uber costs about 5-7€ from here . Host is very friendly and responsive. Check in process is super easy.
