"Perfekt accommodation on Sao miguel"

Perfekt clean room with well organized kitchen equipment. Ocean- (and cow-) view. Host was available. Was. Amazing. One of the best rooms we ever had. Getting temperature right with enough fresh air and not to cold was a bit of a challenge (end of March). But we would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons aimé la tranquillité, la facilité du check-in & out avec serrures électronique, l’emplacement est très bien pour visiter l’île, c’était très propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Jolie vue de la fenêtre de la chambre.

Il fais frais et humide début janvier dans l’appartement, l’unique thermopompe chauffe bien la pièce avant mais la chambre et la salle de bain restent humide, difficile de faire sécher les serviettes ou le linge. L’eau chaude est longue à arriver et reste un peu tiède si vous aimez les douche bien chaude. Le lit est ferme si vous préférez plus moelleux. L’ajout d’un balais à disposition des hôtes sur les plus long séjour serait apprécié.

We really liked our stay in this object. The location in the middle of the island makes it the perfect spot to easily access all parts of the island. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. You can do the laundry there. There was no problem with parking. I can recommend it to everyone.

Wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, hervorragend ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche, schöner Gemeinschaftsraum, großzügige Außenterrassen

Unfreundliche Nachbarschaft, die mit der Polizei droht, wenn man auf öffentlichen Flächen in der Nähe des Hauses parken möchte. Bei dem neben dem Haus liegenden schlammigen Platz ist unklar, ob er zum Parken benutzt werden darf. Im Ort selbst keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort.
