The amount of space outside there was for my children to play .

Not a criticism as the space is utilised to the best of its ability but the bathrooms were a little tight and claustrophobic for me but that’s just a personal thing ! Definitely not affected our thoughts of the place .

The location was peaceful and had a couple of nice walks.

The cottage was in quite a remote area, with not much to do. The cottage could do with more empty kitchen cupboards for our food. It needed more cutlery and pegs for the washing line.

It was just so homely and cosy. The perfect stay.

It was hard to stop the water going over the side for the shower but no drama.

The location of the property is beautiful. It has a large garden and views over paddocks and stables which are delightful. We enjoyed our morning and evening visits from three peacocks too. The decor is very tasteful, comfortable beds and high end bed linen which is always a good touch.

The property suits smaller groups who plan to spend their days out and about as the relaxing space is very small and the sofa only seats three adults. The dining table seats 6 but it makes the kitchen very cosy with not much space to move around. Limited cutlery and glasses in the kitchen; 10 coat-hangers (for 6 people?!) and a couple of other small details which we did feed back to the property manager so hopefully these have been rectified. The two bathrooms are small and work best when using the bath or shower individually as the water pressure is not great.
