The place was close to the park, the beach and restaurants. Robert, the person in charge of my rental was very nice, helped me with code to the apartment which was not working when I arrived.

The place was not very clean. For the money you pay, I would expect a much cleaner place. Door frames and doors were dirty and stained with finger prints all over. Door handles were sticky and dirty. Bought disinfectant wipes to clean around the place. Some walls around the house had drink stains. The baseboards around the house were very dusty.The rugs in the house looked dirty, appeared that hasn't been steam cleaned in a long time. The mattress cover in the guest room had stains all over; I like traveling with a mattress cover just in case, glad I had one handy.Killed two small cockroaches in the house. The place is in a nice location, but it is very noisy.
