We love the location as we were there to take my daughter to Valley Farm for pony riding and it is near the coast enough to take my Dad for coastal visit. We love the space for four people. It is very spacious, modern and clean. It is near Wickham Market (15min walk). It is very convenient.

This is not absolutely necessary, but it would be nice to have one or two tea bags for guests who arrive late. It would have been lovely to have some local attraction/seasonal activities eg festivals pamphlets/booklets around.
