Location in the centre of Aomori near transport and shops/restaurants . The bar on the fourth floor near reception was excellent and with good staff

There isn’t a dedicated lift for the hotel and at busy times the wait was excessive for a quality hotel. The hotel restaurant required booking a day ahead which is impractical for travellers and seemed excessively priced
