"Never stay at this hotel again, the hot water it’s on for less than 5min you never enjoy hot shower completely"

Area on its own

The manager of the hotel trap me to make a payment direct to the hotel bank account with logo of the hotel etc. and on check out was asking to pay again and until today more than a week I can’t get my refund. Basically he have more than one account and doesn’t have access of the main account, where my bank confirm the payment went through. Never pay to any account he send please
