But the true highlight was Phuong, the host. She's a Gem and an absolute lifesaver, especially when we arrived a day early – she ensured we had a place and helped us with every single detail. Phuong made our vacation effortless, arranging all our island trips, cable car rides, and adventure park tickets, and was so understanding with payment options. Book it – you won't regret it! An House is very strategically located in the heart of Sunset town. It only takes a short 5 mins walk to the cable car station, 10 mins to kiss bridge. The rooftop fireworks view did not disappoint. There are many attractive photo spots situated around the neighborhood too. The host was very kind, friendly and despite our language differences, she didnt stop to find ways to communicate with us to make sure our stay is comfortable.

Apartment was nice, clean, well taken care of. Service was good and helpful. Felt very safe. We missed a few basic kitchen stuff and they went out of their way to go get it for us

We did not like the neighberhood as much. it is beautiful and very clean and tidy but totally empty- no supermaket, very few restaurants etc...it is a new city and i believe it Will improve but right now we felt a little alone
