2 Bed Flat - Street Parking

It was a nice cozy apartment

I liked the property but I didn’t like the little to no response of the staff to any query I sent.

It was home from home for me. We had a lovely time

Good location, easy access to local amenities and transport. Property was clean, instructions left out where applicable. Very good price compared to others in the area.

Beds aren't the comfiest

Flat was nice, clean and comfy

The locks were broken and or didn’t work very well, we got locked out by mistake and have lost our deposit because off this which isn’t fair as we got locked out because off faulty locks, we were accused by neighbours for TALKING TOO LOUD, the flat is advertised as ground floor and is not, we didn’t realise we had people living under us, but this doesn’t matter because my son as severe autism and massive sensory issues, so no noise was made inside property, we were also accused off been in and out of flat into the early hours of morning, first night we were in bed by 11pm, 2nd night, in bed just after 12pm, so it wasn’t us coming and going, the upstairs flat were thrown out furniture all day making terrible noise and Ive got the blame I think, also saying we were banging main door, another lie it was the guys moving the furniture, also the door bangs loudly by itself when let go, the rules state no smoking in flat which we did NOT DO.

Overall Amazing property in this budget. Pros : Big Living room & Both the bedrooms Nearby the city center Good transportation availability throughout day and night Local shop just across the road Topmost perk is Free street parking for all day and night which is rare in glasgow Kitchen is spacious Heating system and Hot water works fine Host is nice and easily approachable. All the details timely provided regarding use of equipments checkin-out etc. They put some goodies for us which is nice.

Cons: Extremely congested Bathroom Expecting few more intensils Entrance of this property is not welcoming which doesn't matter I guess The Flat on the ground floor playing very loud music during weekend I don't know whether its the same on every weekend but we stayed for weekend and both the days they were doing party from midnight to 5am in the morning so our sleep is compromised which wasn't expected.

They left us without heating during the stay and didn't do anything about it when informed. They haven't returned my deposit after ten days and aren't responding to messages. Don't stay here

Duży, przestronny flat,świetnie działające ogrzewanie,cena adekwatna do jakości.Widac,ze właściciel stara się dopełnić wszelkich starań,by wynajmujący czuł sie tu dobrze.

Jedyny minus to łazienka.Pod każdym względem jest ona piętą achillesową tego mieszkania.Po pierwsze:stary niepraktyczny prysznic. Po drugie:jakaś obrzydliwie brudna folia wystająca spod kranu przy wannie.Po trzecie:brak grzejnika.
