I liked everything, good house with all the comforts and close to the parks

The only thing was that the dryer didn't turn on but that can be fixed

Everything was good

When they keep bothering about charging for almost everything the towels this place is good to rent only for adults because if you have children it will be a big bill 💵 or keep the kids tides to the chairs

The townhouse was spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Large refrigerator, nice large island in the kitchen. Private patio. Proximity to the Disney and Universal (less than 30 min with heavy traffic). Full but quiet neighborhood.

The house was very dusty. Ants were coming in through the living room window in droves. One of the island stools' foot rest was broken and exposed a very sharp edge that was taped over, but that didn't stop it from scraping/cutting my foot pretty well. Nothing major, just left a welt, but an annoyance. We reached out via Booking.com in app messaging, but the responses seemed automated/without any real compassion for the situations. I eventually went to the store to buy raid, my wife cleaned most of the dust and we just those of us who couldn't sit at the table sit on the couch since the stool was a hazard. Then the last reply we recieved from them after I had to get the Booking.com staff Involved was if they needed to send "further assistance" even though no assistance was ever provided. Be advised the area has heavy traffic 24/7.

it was gated everything was close like the idea of having code to get in versus a card or key

no ceiling fans in the rooms also the AC kept going up in temperature the streets very narrow cars parked on the streets was kind close to drive by somebody had a party until 6am and for being a little strict some stuff was dirty like dryer full of lint

Very nice place, but you have to get pass code for main gate of compass together with door code after your check-in
