I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My suitcase was damaged by the airline, and the hotel manager, Mr. Jamal, went out of his way to help me get it fixed. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The entire team made me feel at home and treated me with genuine care. They are very kind people, and I am grateful for their excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

The hotel's breakfast is normally served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Since I usually woke up around 11:30 AM, I mentioned this to the staff, and they kindly made arrangements to keep some breakfast for me. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable.

Was a lovely place felt warmth and comfortable. The rooftop was beautiful, wish I could have spent some evenings there but short of time , maybe next time.

I hoped to have a window in the room .

The location, facilities and staff were excellent. The staff were super helpful and polite. The breakfasts were great and in addition you can order delicious and well priced dinner and lunch from them. It was quiet yet in the centre of the Medina. It was very clean and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was almost perfect! The staff were very accommodating especially the person at breakfast.

Bathroom was too small! Only one person could be inside it. If you were not careful you could hit your head on the knob of the door. And no luggage rack!!

There were 6 of us traveling from California. The Riad like most riad in the wall city was situated by the medina near the market place. Rooms were quite musty.

Although the hotel was satisfactory the bathrooms were bad. Our bedroom in the first floor, the bathroom flooded everytime we showered. We advised management but not sure if they did anything about it because we stayed 3 nights and it flooded all the time.
