Everything was amazing from the clean room to the oceanfront view i loved it

Elevators was hard to catch waiting a long time

Location. And the space of the room. The view

No ceiling fans for air circulation. When asked staff for fans to be on in game room, nobody knew how to turn on. Asked 4-5 different people. Pool hours. To late. People yelling.

It would have been better if the dish washing machine worked. While a guy came promptly. He was unable to fix it. We expected the amenities that were advertised for the price we paid

Mold on curtains and in bathrooms. The door in the main bedroom also lets air in and is faulty. No real vacuum available for the apartment with attachments so it is hard to clean. The apartment also needs some maintenance as there were holes in the wall and holes on the furniture upon entry into the apartment

Building under renovation. Unaware. Instructions to get to the unit were followed and when the elevator doors opened on the third floor, the opening was blocked with a plastic sheet. Bad start... Loud music was played at the pool from 8am to 10 pm everyday. I'm diabetic and use a gym everyday.. Gym was closed and under renovation. The hot tub was busy every night after supper with people screaming their heads off. Sorry but just an overall bad experience. Frequent renovation noise.

We loved the pool, hot-tub, and easy access to the beach. We loved how spacious the room was. The 2 bathtubs were so convenient for our family of 5. When we arrived, the room was clean. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer were great to have. We spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and allowing the kids to play the arcade games. Also, the holiday decorations were adorable. Also, we loved the balcony and the view of the ocean.

The only complaints I had were that when we arrived in the master bath, the bathtub had signs of tiny hairs from when it was used before, and there was a hair ball in the guest tub drain. No big deal for us. For me, i thought the beds could be a little more softer, but in that opinion, everyone has different preferences on bed softness.

The room was spacious. There was a great view of the ocean and the pool.
