Vonder Miami Beach - Unit 9

Bardzo czysty apartament w centrum South Beach. 5 minut do plaży spacerkiem jak również do Ocean Drive. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Parasol na plażę. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Polecamy osobom szukającym apartamentu na wysokim poziomie z bliskim dostępem do wszystkich atrakcji South Beach.

Mógłby być lepszy kontakt ze zarządcą. Mieliśmy problem z klimatyzacją (nie mogliśmy jej wyłączyć) oraz nie był podany numer apartamentu przed samym przyjazdem jak to powinno mieć miejsce, ale to są małe szczegóły do poprawy. Lepsza komunikacja na Whatsupie z pewnością ułatwi pobyt.

L’emplacement de la résidence est parfait, dans un joli quartier, au calme, à proximité de tout (la plage se trouve à 5 min à pied). L’appartement est agréable et de bon standing, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et le lit est confortable. La présence de machines à laver et de sèches linge est également appréciable. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

La propreté est à améliorer mais l’état globale du logement était correct.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms

È stato tutto estremamente piacevole: il servizio impeccabile, l’organizzazione curata nei minimi dettagli e la posizione della struttura semplicemente perfetta. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri soggiornare a Miami Beach.

Location is great. Far enough from the hectic strip but close enough to the beach. Yummy food options within walking distance. Very modern and reasonably priced for the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations made. Definitely will be back.

No staff on site but requests were completed quickly. Wish the laundry room had staff to avoid all the waiting on others to come back and move their laundry. People quickly become desperate to do their laundry so I set my alarm to ensure I didn't leave anyone waiting on a machine. As I was coming back (only within 2 mins of load being done) to move my laundry another guest had taken the liberty of moving my clothes from washer to a dryer. I ended up missing clothes she had left in the washing machine. We were able to retrieve the missing clothes but all of this could have been avoided if there was a lock/staff/system in place to ensure machines were being used in a timely matter. I understand her intent was to help and others did leave their clothes in machines for hours. After this incident, I waited until the end of the day and sat in the humid/hot laundry room to ensure no one touched my stuff and it was moved asap. I bet a teen could do the job of texting people there laundry was ready to be collected and they could keep machines constantly moving. Or even have baskets available where people could move dry clothes into if someone took longer than 10 mins to come check on their laundry. Maybe a sign saying if you leave clothes too long it will be moved to a basket to free up a machine.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just wanted to thank the management/owners for actually caring about hospitality & the hotel! What an unassuming place from the outside you wouldn’t expect it to be so nice inside! Quiet street. Our unit didn’t face the street side but the windows had a view of palm trees & faced a wellness boutique so it was quiet all throughout at night. The finishes are like a European hotel with little things you could need throughout - bag hooks, towel basket, built in dressers, curtain walls, recessed lighting, outlets where you need them etc. The central AC unit is in the hallway opposite the bedroom so it wasn’t as loud as others in historic buildings on the beach. Yes it’s not soundproof but it’s a quiet street so we had no noise complaints at all. It’s maintained like the photos (we’ve been deceived by good photos before..) and the furnishings were relatively unused. Bed was comfortable (not sure why others said it wasn’t)! Pillows and sheets clean & tidy it felt cozy being in bed. Bedroom had a view of the living room TV so we could also watch from there too. TV was easy to use and new system. Really thought out placement of everything! . Plenty of TP & cleaning items + exceptional amount of kitchen tools/dishwear. The laundry downstairs is AMAZING. Brand new and was able to do all of our laundry in an hour. Again a thoughtful amenity. We would live here if we could!! Sliding doors saving space & just felt like the owners of this place care about guest experience! When they care, we care to leave things as we found them - thank you for making a beautiful place to stay on a budget!! So rare to find hospitality people who care in Miami.

There’s no cleaning services but the amount of items they left so you could maintain the space makes up for it! Dining chairs & table were really wobbly and could use screw tightening but these are minor inconveniences. Had a keurig instead of nespresso (ick) but so many coffee options in the area that it didn’t matter.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations! We have spent multiple vacations in Miami before, but we were incredibly lucky that my wife and I happened to discover this place for our vacation dates purely by chance. At the time, it didn’t have many reviews, and a few of them were quite strange with low ratings. But we trusted our instincts, decided that this was an amazing place, made a reservation, and we have no regrets whatsoever! What I’m writing now is not an advertisement—I do not work for this company. I simply enjoyed our stay here so much that I couldn’t leave without sharing our positive experience. On a 10-point scale, I give it a solid 10! There might be a few minor details that could be improved, but overall, everything was just perfect. The place looks exactly like the photos and matches the description completely! The location and the layout of Unit #9, where we stayed, were fantastic. I really love smart homes, and this is definitely one of them—everything is well-thought-out and energy-efficient. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing, with everything matching in a harmonious color scheme. This apartment has everything needed for a great vacation: ✔ A microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer ✔ An excellent laundry room ✔ A beautiful bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath essentials ✔ Fast, reliable internet ✔ Absolute peace and quiet throughout our stay ✔ Soft background music playing in the hallway and a constant fresh, pleasant scent throughout the building From the moment you step inside, you feel like you're on vacation—as soon as you open the door and enter the building, the atmosphere is simply perfect. I have already recommended this place to some of my friends and will continue recommending it to anyone traveling to Miami Beach. And without a doubt, for our next trip to Miami Beach, I will try my best to book this place again! We are leaving completely thrilled and with wonderful memories of our stay!

I honestly can’t find anything negative to say because any question you might have is already answered. They provide a link to short video guides, where a friendly young man explains everything in great detail—how to use every feature in the apartment. Thanks to this, we had absolutely no issues at all. It’s immediately clear that this company genuinely cares about ensuring guests have a great vacation. It's a pity that there's some technical issue with my phone or the app, and I can't upload photos from my gallery. However, I hope to do so as soon as I get the chance. That being said, the apartment photos match the reality 100%—everything looks exactly as shown in the listing!
