Lovely spacious and clean apartment, comfortable beds, in a great location. Very easy check in with lock box. Great communication from Stan during our 2 night stay. Thank you.

The property is clean, spacious, well equipped (although does not have a washing machine despite info on site) and good value for money. It is only a short walk down to the waterfront which is attractive and well served with restaurants/bars, and the main streets are also very easily accessible. The main bus station is a walk of about 15 minutes. Stan responds quickly to messages and is keen to assist with any issues.

The waterfront is down a considerable incline and there are a further 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment on the first floor. There is no usable outdoor seating area as the patio is no more than an external drying area for washing. We found the block of apartments quite noisy, particularly an intermittent noise during the night, which Stan was endeavouring to resolve after we raised this with him.

The accommodation was very clean and in a nice spot of arrecife. We had no problems with anything.

The kitchen equipment was a little poor, if you want to cook by yourself the pan is too damaged in our opinion. We could have wished for some salt, oil and a bit more toilet paper :)

Convenient apartment. Great location just north of the boulevard when all the entertainment/ restaurants are. Parking possible on the street. Clean towels upon request. We recommend this accommodation.
