Seafront bright & spacious 2 bedroom, balcony, KDEG1-1

Good location, nice and clean apartment.

The flat is spacious and modern. Location of the apartment is very convinient - bus stops and ferries right in front of the building. Restaurants, shops, Lidl is 10 minutes walk. View from the balcony is beautiful.

Unfortunately, we had a cockroach experience in the kitchen - one cockroach the first evening. So after that we stored our food in the microvawe the whole stay 😂 And I had to ask to change the sheets on our duvets, because they didnt smell fresh (manager insisted that they were changed). AC in one bedroom didnt work properly, we had to use one switch for both of the bedrooms. There is no heating in the bathroom - so if coming in winter, prepare yourself for being cold while showering. There is mold in the washing maschine.

Nice apartment at the perfect location - close to the supermarket (open 24/7), public transportation and city centre. It is equipped with necessary amenities even for the longer stay (washing machine, hair dryer, iron...). We appreciated very much that there were enough towels, soap, coffee capsules etc. Also, communication with the owner/property manager was very good - fast and comprehensible. Would recommend and would stay again!

The bed mattresses were too soft for our taste. I would also mention (not as a flaw of the property, but simply as a fact) that there is indeed a lift/elevator leading up to the apartment on the 3rd floor, but it only starts at the 1st floor. Therefore, in order to reach the lift, you should climb up a very steep flight of stairs. It was challenging for us and our toddler at the beginning but we got used to it by the end of our stay.
