Son Nu Emerald Hill Hotel

The staff was very, VERY helpful and kind. The receptionist even helped us with booking taxis and stuff. Excellent service here, and the rooms are perfectly clean too. Make sure to ask about the amazing nature tour the hotel offers!

The place has just been renovated. Everything is clean, the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very professional and helpful. I recommend this place.

Really nice room and patio area outside.

No view ( what would have been a great view over the town was blocked by trees) Seemed to be no staff, breakfast was a single option (pho) and more than one cup of coffee was chargeable . Even locals were unimpressed.

It was clean, modern room with everything you expect. Even Japanese toilets with seat heating. WiFi was fast enough.

You could not pay with creditcards. Cash only. It was not possible to have dinner or breakfast but you could order anything from the city. The staff was very friendly and helped to order. We communicated with translate apps

The staff were extremely accommodating, going out of there way to help me find a motorbike repair shop and bargaining on my behalf. Organised transport for us. The staff was fantastic, excellent conversations. Even gave us a traditional rice cake when leaving.

To pay you have to pay in cash, it is not possible to pay by credit card and this is a real problem. There was no breakfast or restaurant service when we stayed.
