INStay was very pleasent and manager Vinod was very accomodative and made ensure our stay was comfortable. Very beautiful, clean, fresh and airy property. Also staff Nagesh is very co operative and ensured all small requests are fulfilled.
Only the drawback is morning breakfast which is you have to manage it from outside, and again that is not an issue and many outlets are there at walkable distance.
INLocation was very peaceful..the villa is clean and has great facilities..it has lift directly to second floor.. vinodh and his staff were very cooperative .highly recommed this place

We were staying with elderly parents on the terrace room . Every 5 minutes there were loud noises coming from the overhead tank due to pressure differences . Due to this we couldn't sleep at all all night . Apparently the owner knows about this problem as per the attendant who looks after the property . They really need to get this fixed ASAP otherwise it would be a torture for guests
