Location is great, right next to the sea.

Cleaner turning up at 10am on day of departure. Yes kicking out time is 10am, which is so unbelievable early compared to other places. But there was no leeway. Clocks had just gone back that morning, but even without that, it's not nice to be turfed out at exactly 10am on the dot. Never had that before. But I should say, we were packed and ready to go but loading the car took till 10.15am. The property is emptied out at 10am but new occupants wouldn't get access till 5pm. Doesn't take that long to clean, not that we found it in a very clean state anyway. The bungalow was quite hard to find on the estate. The postcode given takes you to a different area. The backdoor to the property was locked and we couldn't get it open. Very dangerous in case of an emergency. The shower hose was split. Heating was poor. No heater in the small twin bedroom. Main heater kept going into cut off mode. Thankfully I looked up some instructions online and turned off a hidden 'installer' setting that is designed to switch off the heater if a door is left open. No outside door was open, but we did have the small bedroom open to let some heat in there. The bungalow wasn't the very clean. I think it's just been redecorated and there was sanding dust everywhere and bits of fluff all over the carpet. Carpet was ripped and marks all over it. They advertise a on-site cafe in pictures. You can't use it. It's for residents only.
