Property was clean comfortable

No toiletries were given to stat with. Toilet tissue . Dryer was that working, staff was aware but never informed us until our last day when the emailed to fix it. Yet it didn’t get fixed, we were locked out of the house because the door was not working and the staff rudely accused us of not doing something right and told us to use to go fine something to eat outside. How inconsiderate and disgustingly disrespectful. We rented the place so we cook and you’re telling us to “go get food and use restrooms cus you can’t fix the door and accuse us. Come to find out the battery was not working.

Gorgeous home. Home is exactly as pictured. Fell in love with the home and location but unfortunately the property management that deals with the property is an absolute nightmare. Horrific to be exact.

The property management wonder vacation homes is the absolute worst. I wish I had done my research on their F score on BBB or their 1.6 star rating on yelp before booking. We were forced to leave our home two nights early due to them not fixing our air conditioning within the day they promised. The home got over 90 degrees and by 9:00pm with no promise or hope they were actually showing to fix the issue that night we left. They had told us they would accommodate us if they couldn’t fix it but never reached out to us. Once we left the property we have heard nothing from them. It was a nightmare. I hope the owner of this home chooses another property management company to manage this home because it is stunning but will lead to its downfall for renting out if they stick with this company to manage it. I wish I could say I’d return and I will give the home another chance since it was so nice and my kids loved the themed rooms but not unless it’s ran by a better company. An entire day going without answers or accommodations when a homes air conditioning completely goes out and the rudest customer service managers I’ve ever dealt with is not it.. we left a week ago and are still waiting for our damage deposit to be refunded. And still no word for multiple people letting us know a member of management would be reaching out to us to resolve our issue of having to leave early. Hundreds of dollars gone we will never see as well as having to book a hotel for the evening when we did leave that we will never get back. I wish I could give this home the great review it deserves but don’t stay here… if the home has any problems wonder vacation homes is horrific to deal with. Also: none of the outlets in the upstairs bathrooms worked including the master bedroom? I had to fix my hair in the hallway haha.
