Gozzi House - Comoda casa - FREE PARKING - Easy to Venice!

I stayed five nights. Know before you go: The 15 bus from airport stops very near here. Bus stop for the 4L bus that goes to Venice is two minutes away, as is Interspar supermarket. Three keys. One to get through the fence gate. Turn it to the right. A second, to enter the building. Turn it to the right. A third, for the unit. Insert the skeleton key teeth horizontal and pointing to the left. Turn to the right, pulling the door knob toward the you. (This should allow the key to turn far enough.) If it's dark, there's a light switch off to the right, IIRC. You can't control the heating temp. You can turn it off. Window coverings operate by a method new to me. A vertical strap next to the window. To lower the covering, pull down in the strap, to make some slack at the bottom where it goes into the wall. Then, pull some the strap out from where it goes into the wall at the bottom. Repeat until the covering is lowered to the desired level. If you're somewhat short, you may find the hangers in the middle closet difficult to reach. Check the right side closet, hangers much lower. Building is well off the street down a long driveway, so no street noise. You will hear your upstairs neighbors any time they walk around, or drag a chair across the floor. And also anyone going up or down the stairs. I found the bed in dedicated bedroom to be comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of hot water. The host was kind enough to provide detergent pods for my one load of laundry. The unit is very stylish. Hope this helps

Good location, near the transport, supermarkets, pizzerias. Private parking. Clean. Nice owner. Amazing details in the interior.

The location is very near to the Venice bus.

Everything we needed was there. Warm, a lot of space, cozy, helpful host - very good! Located few mins from bus station, so super fast to get to Venice center. Strongly recommended.
