Onvriendelijk personeel, 45 minuten vastgezeten in een lift waarin geen melding kon worden gedaan en achteraf niemand ook maar iets hierover opmerkte, geen excuus, niets....

Clean comfortable apartment. Centrally located.

We had to queue every morning from 8am to get sun loungers by the pool at a cost of 3e per lounger per day. In the evening the staff were hovering around watching and waiting for us to go so they could whip the padded cushions off. This was unsatisfactory. Never experienced this before. It resulted in the sun loungers being kept all day despite being needed for half a day or maybe not used at all. However the beach is across the road and we ended up spending more time there than at the pool.

Excellent location Amazing views (south and north!) Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean at sunset every night No problems checking in at 1am after delayed flight WiFi wasn’t working when we first arrived- when I contacted the agency first thing on Monday morning it was resolved within 10 minutes! Plenty of blankets and a heater provided for cooler nights Apartment nicer than the photos suggest Skol is an historic building - with lots of foreigners renting apartments Plenty of supermarkets nearby

Even though it is on the 9th floor, you can hear noise from the street level in the bedrooms which disturbed sleep a lot The beds and pillows were not particularly comfortable There were buildings works next door for entire first week of our stay No oven (a toaster oven would be a great addition) The apartment could do with some modernising
