Location was the only plus

Facility was not clean. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but our clothes still smell like smoke. Beds were uncomfortabNot enough pillows. Room was not clean. Kitchen was outdated. We did not even want to shower.

Location

Staff was difficult to understand. Windows were unsafe especially for children. Beds were uncomfortable. Loud noises all night.
